The following are mandatory requirements for non-profit, tax-exempt organizations that receive funding from Tourism Cares:

1. The grantee must use the funds provided only for the purposes stated in the grant letter of inquiry and full proposal.

2. The grantee must spend the Tourism Cares’ grant funding within 12 months of receipt, unless otherwise stated in the grant agreement.

3. The grantee must submit a report at the end of the grant term documenting the use and outcomes of the Tourism Cares’ investment.

Tourism Cares also encourages grant recipients to do the following:

1. Place Tourism Cares on your mailing list for newsletters, etc. regarding the project or program (Tourism Cares high resolution logo will be provided to you for this use.)

2. Link the Tourism Cares website (www.tourismcares.org) to your website

3. Arrange to copy Tourism Cares on all public relations efforts and press releases (news clippings, etc.).
