Tourism Cares is proud to be working with Charitybuzz, the world's premier online charity auction platform. Auction donations and packages will be showcased on the Charitybuzz website and promoted to the Tourism Cares community, United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA) membership and the expansive Charitybuzz network of bidders through an extensive marketing campaign.
All Items must be submitted to Tourism Cares no later than Monday, November 11. Items received after the donation deadline or incomplete items will not be accepted. Items donated after the deadline will be used for an auction at a later date (if applicable).
We are so thankful for the support of our donors, and to ensure quality control, all donations are subject to approval by Tourism Cares and Charitybuzz. If donation requirements are not met, Tourism Cares has the right to refuse auction packages. Donations may take up to 5 business days to be posted online once received.
Donations must have an estimated minimum retail value of $1,000 USD
All items must be valid until 12/31/2020 or later
Very limited (or no) blackout dates. Packages with multiple features must have consistent booking restrictions
No hidden fees, restrictions or additional booking fees
