The auction will be live from Tuesday, November 25 - December 9, 2025

Proceeds from the auction help sustain programs that empower communities, travelers, and businesses to thrive together. From education and training programs for travel professionals, to grant funding to community organizations on the ground in the destinations we serve, to platforms to build stronger business relationships – Tourism Cares is making every effort to use power as a force for good.

Tourism Cares will be accepting donations now through Monday, November 3, 2025.

  • Promotion though Tourism Cares networks.

  • Support programs that directly benefit tourism communities and the future of our industry.

Let’s get creative!

Tourism Cares is seeking donations of travel packages, physical items, unique virtual experiences, partner-built packages, technology, consulting services and more.  We are available to brainstorm ideas to best highlight your product or service. 

Donation Specifics:

Donation Deadline: All Items must be submitted to Tourism Cares no later than Monday, November 3rd.    

Important Donation Criteria:  

  • Donations must have a minimum fair market value of $1,000 USD  

  • All donations are subject to approval by Tourism Cares and Charitybuzz 

  • All items must be valid until 12/31/2026 or later 

  • Very limited (or no) blackout dates.  

  • Packages with multiple features must have consistent booking restrictions.   

  • No hidden fees, restrictions or additional booking fees.  

  • All donations are subject to approval by Tourism Cares and Charitybuzz.  We have the right to reject any donation that: 

    • Puts the local community at risk of environmental degradation  

    • Has wild animals in captivity in any form  

    • Does not follow the ChildSafe Guidelines
