Tourism Cares Online Auction 2026

The Tourism Cares’ online auction directly funds Tourism Cares’ efforts to unite the travel industry and to be a catalyst of positive social, environmental, and economic impact for the people and places of travel.  From education and training programs for travel professionals, to promoting community organizations on the ground in the destinations we serve, to platforms to build stronger business relationships – Tourism Cares is making every effort to use power as a force for good.

Now Accepting Auction Donations Through November 2, 2026.

Tourism Cares is seeking donations of travel packages, physical items, unique virtual experiences, partner-built packages, technology, and more.  We are available to brainstorm ideas to best highlight your product or service. 

Why Donate?

• Exposure to a global consumer audience through the premier online auction site Charitybuzz

• Promotion through Tourism Cares networks, leading industry associations, and on-site at the United States Tour Operator Association’s Annual Conference

• Investment in programs that directly benefit tourism communities and the future of our industry 

Donation Requirements: 

• All items must be submitted to Tourism Cares by Monday, November 2

• Donations must have an estimated minimum fair market value of $1,000 USD 

• All items must be valid until 12/31/2027 or later (6/30/2028 preferred) with very limited (or no) blackout dates 

• No hidden fees, restrictions or additional booking fees. 

• All donations are subject to approval by Tourism Cares and Charitybuzz. We have the right to reject any donation that:    

o Puts the local community at risk of environmental degradation 

o Has wild animals in captivity in any form 

o Does not follow the ChildSafe Guidelines
