IMPACT PARTNER MAP APPLICATION

Apply to Join the Meaningful Travel Map as an Impact Partner

We’re excited that you’re interested in becoming an Impact Partner on the Meaningful Travel Map, a digital tool that helps the travel trade and sustainably-minded travelers source vetted tourism experiences that advance social and environmental impact. If you've reached this page without reading about the Map, click here.

Before you apply, make sure you’ve reviewed the Impact Partner criteria. The application is designed to highlight your work and showcase your impact, so reviewing the criteria will help you frame your story effectively.

What You’ll Need to Apply

To complete the application, be prepared to share:

  • A short description of your organization and the tourism experiences you offer

  • At least one high-quality image that represents your work or visitor experience, as well as your logo if you have one

  • Practical details like your website or booking page, contact info, group size limits, and accessibility accommodations

A Few Tips Before You Start

  • Be clear and compelling: Your application will be the basis for your public profile if approved. Write with a travel trade audience in mind. Tour operators and advisors should be able to understand what you offer, who it's for, and how to connect. There will be a section of the application allowing you to add any additional details we might need to know to support our evaluation that might not belong in your public profile.

  • Provide details about your impact with clear connections to the Impact Areas in the criteria (e.g. Governance/Business Model; Social/Cultural & Community; Environmental; Education/Awareness Building). What demonstrated positive impact can you share? Go beyond policies, intentions, and plans.

  • It should take approximately 20 minutes to complete, especially if you have your marketing copy ready.

Once you submit your application, our team will review it and follow up if we need clarification. If you’re approved, we’ll draft your profile and send it to you for review.

There is no cost to our Impact Partners to participate.
