Flight and Accommodations 

Airport Transfers

For attendees arriving on October 17 and departing on October 23, airport transfers will be provided between Lima Airport and our host hotel, AC Hotel Lima Miraflores.

Specific transfer instructions, including where to meet your driver, will be available approximately one week prior to departure.

Attendees traveling outside of these dates or between other locations will be responsible for arranging their own transportation.

Additional details and  contact information will also be provided for any questions or concerns related specifically to airport transfers.

Domestic Flights

Round-trip domestic flights between Lima and Cusco are included in the program registration fee. Flights have been booked for registered attendees, and individual flight details will be provided prior to departure.

Baggage allowances and restrictions:

• 1 Personal item: 22 lbs, max. 17.7 × 13.8 × 7.9 in

• 1 Carry-on: 22 lbs, max. 21.7 × 13.8 × 9.8 in

• 1 Checked bag: 50 lbs, max. 62 in total dimensions

Hotel Accommodations

Accommodations at all three host hotels have been booked for registered attendees who purchased the Summit accommodations package.

If you are arriving early or staying later at the AC Hotel Lima Miraflores, please email Kati Hagedorn to confirm your additional night(s), unless you have already connected with her.

Room and tax will be covered in advance, so no payment for your Summit accommodations will be due at check-in. Attendees will only be responsible for personal and incidental charges, which must be settled directly with the hotel prior to check-out.

Please note that all hotel accommodations are non-refundable once booked.
