Airport transfers
International
Available on October 17 and October 23 between AC Hotel Lima Miraflores and Lima Airport. Attendees may arrive and depart at any time on those days. Transfers outside of these dates should be arranged and paid for by attendees.
Domestic Flights
Your round-trip domestic flight between Lima and Cusco is included in your registration fee. Flights will be booked once the Tourism Cares team has received a copy of your passport.
Accommodations
Hotel accommodations can be booked as a full package during registration. There will be a few hotel changes as we move throughout Peru.

Sacred Valley Hotels - October 19 + 20
There are three hotel options available in the Sacred Valley. All are located close to one another, and transportation will be provided to and from each property. Please note that room availability at each hotel is limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
