Airport transfers + Flights

International

Attendees should book their own international flights in and out of Lima airport (LIM). Airport transfers will be available on October 17 and October 23 between AC Hotel Lima Miraflores and Lima Airport. Attendees may arrive and depart at any time on those days. There are no formal event activities on those days. Transfers outside of these dates should be arranged and paid for by attendees. 

Domestic Flights

Round-trip domestic flights between Lima and Cusco are included in the program registration fee. Flights will be booked once the Tourism Cares team has received a copy of your passport.

Accommodations

Hotel accommodations can be booked as a full package during registration. There will be a few hotel changes as we move throughout Peru. Please see the details below for each hotel stay below. Please note that all hotel accommodations are non-refundable once booked.
