Airport transfers + Flights
International
Attendees should book their own international flights in and out of Lima airport (LIM). Airport transfers will be available on October 17 and October 23 between AC Hotel Lima Miraflores and Lima Airport. Attendees may arrive and depart at any time on those days. There are no formal event activities on those days. Transfers outside of these dates should be arranged and paid for by attendees.
Domestic Flights
Round-trip domestic flights between Lima and Cusco are included in the program registration fee. Flights will be booked once the Tourism Cares team has received a copy of your passport.
Accommodations
Hotel accommodations can be booked as a full package during registration. There will be a few hotel changes as we move throughout Peru. Please see the details each each hotel stay below.

Sacred Valley Hotels - October 19 + 20
There are two hotel options available in the Sacred Valley. All are located close to one another, and transportation will be provided to and from each property. The Tambo del Inka will be location of our education session and networking events. Please note that room availability at each hotel is limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
